1. About GGHoard

GGHoard is a player-to-player marketplace for game items, currency, accounts, and boosting services. We provide the platform; trades happen directly between buyers and sellers.

2. Buyer Protection

Every order is protected by HoardGuard escrow. Your payment is held securely until you confirm delivery. If the seller fails to deliver, you receive a full refund.

3. Seller Terms

Sellers pay a 5% commission on completed sales. Sellers must deliver items as described within the promised timeframe. If the buyer doesn't respond within 3 days of delivery, payment is automatically released to the seller. Fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Items

Stolen accounts, cheats/hacks, and items obtained through fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to permanent bans.

5. Disputes

If a trade goes wrong, either party can open a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence and makes a final decision within 48 hours.

6. Privacy

We collect only the data needed to operate the marketplace. Verification documents are encrypted and never shared with third parties.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GGHoard means you accept the updated terms.
